Need roommate now - Dec Nineteenth

In unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, cooking appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, deep freezer, Cox High Speed Internet, furnished apartment basics, balcony, extra storage closets, granite countertops. We also have a community gym, a gated complex, pool, grills, clubhouse, friendly staff and helpful staff. We will be pretty chill roommates; don’t have people over often at all, and we are both busy people. Feel free to cook as much as needed as I do personally. We like to keep in clean here. Quiet apartment overall and no upstairs neighbors (on the 2nd floor).

Note: we need a roommate now. From now until October th, rent will be about $/month with about ($) per month for electricity and WiFi. When our month lease ends on October th, we will have to switch to a month to month rate which will increase us to about $ a month with extra ($) for WiFi and electricity. Note: we will pay a prorated rate (not the full $) for October since we are transitioning lease types and a prorated rate December since we are moving out on the th. November will be full price of ($ extra). Sorry for any confusion, but trying to be transparent.
