Room for rent!!

I’m and share a room with my year old boyfriend in our bathroom apartment in Forgotten Bottom across from the new Schuylkill River walk entrance. We’re looking to rent out one room to the right person! $/month with all utilities included. The room has a big double window on the third story with for hanging clothes, one with shelving) and you would have your own bathroom. We have a roof top deck and a laundry room with washer & dryer. The rest of the house is furnished and we have central air/heat. I’ll upload more pics later and
