Rent is $ and includes utilities. Must be the right person which means no smoking, drug or alcohol abuse, no pets, no drama. Parking is on the street with a permit I'll provide. You'll need a couple of references I can check in with. This will be month to month to make it easy for both of us if sharing space isn't working out.
