Looking for a subleaser

Putting this out there in hopes to find a sub lease for my Apartment. Not easy for me to do but as I’m about to be a father I need to be with my woman.
This property is located on Deering Rd NW Atlanta, GA. bath ground floor apartment at Atlantic Loring Heights. Right next to Atlantic station, down the road from the Amtrak station. Rent is $ a month plus utilities (usually runs Townshend and I $ a piece) Apartment right next to clubhouse with the pool and gym. Lease is set to go until May .
A little about your potential roommate. Townshend is a real close friend of mine. Works in small business sales for AT&T a usual . He’s a clean and professional roommate. When he’s not work he likes golfing, gaming on his PC, or going out with friends, wether it’s to a Braves game, or going out for a drink and playing some cards hes the life of the party.
