Hi I am looking for a roommate for a ba house in West Oakland. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available for immediate move-in. The lease runs from August to August , and there’s a limited-time offer: August rent is free if you move in on or before September 1st.

The room that is available can comfortably fit a queen size bed with plenty of space for a dresser, bookshelves and comes with a decent sized closet. It is the largest bedroom in the apartment. In the space there is a nook where you can tuck an additional dresser or bookshelf.
