Separate Housemate: middle aged filipino lady, no shared living space with her except the garage laundry.
2 Cats: Must be okay with two female cats. They are curious but shy initially. If you are great at reading cat behavior, that's a huge plus!

NO smoking, drugs, or parties. Prefer someone who does not have loud guests or gatherings.
A history of on-time payments, verifiable via references and a standard credit report.
Ideal candidates will have an established emergency fund/savings
Getting along with cats is somewhat important too
