PARKING: 2 spots in garage available, 3 in the driveway, and no restriction on street except 2x/month thursday street cleaning.
EV Charging, garage has outlets for slow charging lvl 1

UTILITIES: ~$/mo split between 3 parties (peaks low in worst months)
