Private bedroom in an immaculate, luxury home. All $ inclusive.

Large 2nd floor bedroom for rent with walk-in closet.Jack-and-Jill style bathroom is shared with one other tenant.This is a huge, gorgeous house in an upscale neighborhood. Room is furnished, but if you have your own bed and/or desk, you can use them instead.

My dog lives in the house with me, so you MUST BE A DOG-LOVER.

Amenities include a washer/dryer, large back yard with patio, and access to the neighborhood pool.

There is plenty of cabinet, fridge, and freezer space. You are welcome to use either the downstairs kitchen table or the upstairs table to eat, and you are welcome to hang out in the living room. The fenced backyard has a gate that opens to a field that is about half the size of a football field, where outdoor activities could be enjoyed.

There is another full bathroom on the ground floor, in case the shared one is occupied.

The community has several small, quiet parks. Publix, -Eleven, and restaurants are just 3 miles away. Narcoossee area shopping centers are only 5 miles away.

High speed internet is included. Cable TV is available, but you would be responsible for that bill. All other utilities are included.

As the house has nearby neighbors, get-togethers are allowed, but no loud parties, out of respect for the neighbors and your other two roommates.

I sleep in the upstairs master bedroom, and the temperature upstairs can't be below degrees at night, or I won't sleep well.
