About the house: 4 bedrooms 1 & 1/2 bath craftsman style house, hardwood floors throughout the entire house, in home laundry room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully fenced yard with a gas fire pit, storage/garden shed, home security cameras, a beautiful cherry tree that blooms right outside the bedroom available in the spring time. Located in the University of Portland/Columbia Park neighborhood in North Portland. I have lived here for over 4 years and have always felt very safe in this neighborhood. Walking distance to the beautiful Columbia Park, bus lines, nearby New Seasons, restaurants etc.
You would be living with just two other female roommates who live very busy lives, working, attending college and traveling. We both love the house to be a safe, peaceful sanctuary to unwind after our busy days. We are both very kind, clean, friendly, respectful and responsible housemates who will respect you and your space so you feel at home as well. We are social and would love to be friends with our new housemate with occasional movie nights, dinners, hanging around the fire pit etc. The house is fully furnished and the bedroom comes with a window AC unit and can come with a bed included or empty, your choice. We leave the 4th bedroom open as a guest room that honestly never gets used.
