About the place:

Our bright, spacious, newly-renovated main-floor rental is the ideal space to rest and recharge after a long day. Our location in Allendale provides proximity to major bus routes (7 min walk), the University of Alberta ( min drive), the Saville Community Sports Centre (5 min drive), and Calgary Trail ( min drive).

The main floor has a large kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, and one bathroom. There is also a fenced backyard, garage, and ample street parking. We are looking for a third roommate as our previous roommate will be moving out of town.



About us:

Both my roommate and I are entering our fourth year at the University of Alberta this coming fall. I am a psychology major and varsity athlete, and my roommate is a criminology major. We value having a very neat and tidy space. We generally don’t have people over and don’t drink often. We enjoy spending time with one another and would love to be friends with our new roommate.

Some of our interests include: good music (Boygenius, Hozier, etc), watching sports live or on TV (Rugby, Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, etc), watching shows together (currently watching Bones), and being iPad kids (BIG Tiny Tower fans :)

Our ideal third roommate would be an AFAB UofA student who has similar interests as us :)

We also have someone renting out the basement, but we don’t cross paths with him often.
