Sublease at palazzo (female only)

Looking for someone (female)to take over my lease at palazzo! ASAP. Nothing wrong with the place just can no longer live there due to family ordeals. I pay about for a spacious private room and bath. Everything is fully furnished along with a common area. There’s a kitchen with a dishwasher as well. We also have a washer and dryer. Utility bills which is only gas and electricity would be only a month depending on the season. Live with 3 other roomates (female) who also attend Fresno state. You’re near Fresno state and right by campus pointe. There is gated parking for residents.
