I've been employed with the state for about years now. an easygoing, family oriented person who enjoys cooking for my family. I keep my home clean and don't like messes. My organization is a working progress due to cabinet space being limited. i vacuum my home & mop just about everyday My lil one is a well-respected good boy who respects other people's space except for mine, lol. looking for somest about their cleaning habits and good character. my house is a drama free, smoke free/ drug-free house. but if u smoke cigarettes, please smoke far way in my back yard. I have a huge back yard with grill and above ground pool which you will also have access to. Looking for a roommate who is clean and respects some rules kind of person to rent out my room. shared bathroom. I have a bit of OCD, as long as you keep your space and are ok with splitting some chores on the shared spaces, all should be good. I also have solar so each month the sdge bill is ridiculously low, winter and summer time my bill varies but still low. All my utilities are small amounts.
