Looking for a Roommate

Currently have one roommate looking for one more. Rent is $ a month plus $ deposit, includes utilities (only extras are food). About the room: The room is available furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, TV with full cable has wired and wireless internet, and a nice size closet with shelving. Off the street parking sometimes, full use of the washer and dryer, and the kitchen. Smoking is ok if done outside. I am located in Spring near F.M. and Cypresswood in the Greengate Subdivision. Just minutes away from The Woodlands, Humble, Kingwood, North Harris County Community College, UTI, Bush Intercontinental Airport and about minutes away from Downtown.
