Tandem garage parking. Buzzer intercom entry. AC/Heat. Utilities include gas, cable and LADWP. Wifi is about $ each and gas is about $ each. DWP is billed every other month and runs between $ ea depending on the time of the year. Unfortunately, no pets. New lease would begin September 1st.

Preferably a female in s with full time job or in grad school. Preferably not working from home. Looking for roommate that is clean and will clean up after yourself. Not too many guests throughout the week but on weekends guests are welcome. Looking for someone who is clean and cleans up after themselves. Pays bills on time. A little about me, my name is Adrienne Jones, I will be the only other roommate. I am a yo female. I work in office, as a licensed Therapist. clean, quiet and considerate. I love to laugh and share stories. I enjoy trying new restaurants, going to farmers market or going to the Grove to shop around. I also like to workout, watch tv, listen to music, and go out with friends once in a while but I don't bring the party home.
