Hi everyone! I'm looking for a roommate to share my fantastic bath apartment in Venice. You'll be living in a prime location, just steps from the beach and canals, and only a few blocks from Windward Circle, Abbott Kinney, and Erewhon. move-in date - may be flexible.

You'll have the master bedroom with double closets and an attached private bathroom. (My current roommate is in this room, but I'm open to switching if you prefer the smaller second bedroom and its dedicated hallway bathroom.) Rent is $ for the master.
One assigned off-street parking space is included for you! If you don't need it, you can lease it to another tenant.
A large shared patio with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing evenings - we love to host wine nights with friends ✨🌙
Updated appliances & in-unit washer and dryer.
An open living & kitchen floor plan with tons of natural light.
Gated front and back access.
It's situated on a quiet, residential street just off Venice Blvd, directly across from the canals and steps from the beach.
I'm hoping to find a great roommate and friend who is in their late 's who enjoys the Venice Beach lifestyle - other tenants in the building are around the same age. ⛱️
I WFH M-F, so ideally someone with a similar schedule.
A like-minded individual who values a clean living space, shares household responsibilities, and is open to splitting the cost of a monthly cleaner.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
I moved to Venice two years ago from Richmond, VA, and I've loved every minute of it! On the weekends, you'll often find me walking to the MDR Farmer's Market, hitting the beach with friends, taking a pilates class, surf, or any kind of outdoor activity, and enjoying the sunshine. ❣️
