Hi, my name is Rodrigo. I am a Engineer of Spaceships and Aircraft Design. I own and live in this 4 bedroom home - my son, soon, lives in the house every other week.

Looking for roommate - house share, ABQ Heights - Paseo /Ventura area, fully furnished, two rooms available (one on the first floor and the other on the 2nd floor), both have shared bathrooms. Price includes all utilities and internet.

You are welcome to use the common areas, laundry, pool (when it is open), hot tub, outside areas and full kitchen.

Quiet neighborhood and very safe. Queen size bed with down comforters and a choice of cool sheets ( thread count) or warm flannel. Heat is radiant, cooling is 2 huge Master Cools (skin stays nice and moist).

Required: Back ground check, deposit.
