Room for Rent $

Description

I have 1 room to rent in my house that's move-in ready. Rent is $ per month with water and internet covered. I have AT&T fiber at mbps, so the internet is high-speed. Electricity is split three ways.

My house is next walking distance to an HEB and about 5 minutes away from Walmart. The neighborhood is typically quiet, especially at night.

There is only a $ deposit. I also require your last 4 pay stubs, either paper or electronic.

The bathroom is shared, with cabinet space for multiple people.

For the rest of the house, it is shared. I do not believe in confining people into their rooms. I am looking for chill roommates who clean up after themselves.
