my partner and i are very chill, our room is on the opposite side of a "U" shaped floor plan, so you'll never hear us, and only see us when you want to. usually out of town on weekends.

we are seeking female roommate, very flexible on length of stay, rent may be adjusted for the right tenant.

we are very outgoing, but you'll get all the privacy you need. if you're fun, we'd love to take you out w our social group, but we keep a peaceful, quiet living space.

the rooms are currently furnished, but accommodations can be made if necessary.
