Roommate for Four Bedroom Apt

Hello Friends,

I’m looking for 2 new roommates to join our -bathroom apartment in East Harlem, Manhattan, from September . You’ll be living with myself and one current roommate as we renew our lease.

Our modern, chic apartment features:
- Natural lighting
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Dishwasher
- 2 bathrooms (you’ll share one with a tub)
- High ceilings
- Beautiful exposed brick accent walls
- Roof access

To secure your spot you would need to pay the security deposit upfront in advance ($ ASAP) Then before move in by August we would ask you pay us rent ($) which will be applied for September rent. This is standard for any long-term lease. So a total of ($) for September move in. FYI- we can’t do sublease or short-term rentals since this is a lease.

Transportation is convenient with the M minutes away and the subway lines about a -minute walk. The East River shopping center (Marshalls, Planet Fitness, Costco, ALDI) is nearby.

Summary of Costs:

- Application fee: $ (credit check)

You should earn x the rent ($k+/year) or have a guarantor. If you can’t meet this, a third-party guarantor may be required (with a fee).
