Spacious private suite available in a basement setup with tons of amenities! You'll have:

A massive private room
Your own attached kitchen with fridge (brand new fridge being installed not pictured)
Private bathroom
Private entrance
Private patio
Private storage room (not pictured)
There's no full oven/stove, but a hot plate and toaster oven are provided for your convenience.
We would share the basement laundry area and a home gym that includes a Peloton bike & tread, free weights, and more. If preferred, I'm happy to coordinate a respectful schedule for shared use or move the gym to the garage prior to your move-in which would give you another room, tho this room is not finished.

This unit is open to only ONE person. No guests staying for extended amounts of time.

The property sits on one acre, which is surrounded by woods. Very quiet neighborhood. with plenty of free driveway parking for cars, boats, etc.

Pets are welcome! Just need to be good with my three friendly dogs and free-roaming cat.

Utilities for the entire house would be split, but only heat, electric and internet. I am happy to share these histories so you can gauge what to expect.

There's also a hot tub in the back, usually closed in the winter.
