Searching for a Room !

Hey! I’m and work full-time as a pipefitter. My current lease is up in October, and I’m ready to get out of over $/month for a one-bedroom—so I’m on the hunt for a more reasonable place to live.

I’m looking for an easygoing, pet-friendly living situation. We don’t need to be best friends, but I’m definitely open to some friendly banter and chill vibes around the house.

Outside of work, I stay pretty active—I’m into golf, pickleball, I play on a men’s league baseball team, and I try to hit the gym regularly. When I’m home, I like to cook dinner, catch up on TV, and relax. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and generally keep to myself when I’m unwinding.

I’ve been living in the Fort Mill/Indian Land area for the past year and a half and really liked it, but I’m flexible on location. Ideally, I’d love to be in the Ballantyne/southern Charlotte area. Budget-wise, if we’re splitting an apartment, my max is $/month. If I’m just renting a room I would hope to have to pay a lot less.
