The available room is approximately ft, unfurnished, with a large window and a small closet. There’s no built-in A/C, but there's a wall slot where you could easily set up your own unit. The apartment also features access to a private roof deck!
You’d be subletting month-to-month starting September 1st (or sooner) — perfect for someone looking for flexibility, whether short-term or ongoing.
We’re two women in our late twenties who work in game development and are both artists. We’re friendly, creative, and value a warm, respectful living environment. We occasionally host game nights and movie nights and are ideally looking for someone who vibes with that energy!
We’re located one block from the Park Place (S) stop and within walking distance to the , A, C, Q, and B trains. Prospect Park is a -minute walk away, and there’s a laundromat and grocery store right next door.
