I work in the nonprofit sector. I have a PhD, write professionally, and have a deep love for arts and culture. I’m single, child-free, and politically progressive. I enjoy cooking, walking my dogs, writing, watching movies, connecting with friends outside the home, traveling, and unwinding in the jacuzzi or floating in the pool. I have occasional visitors, but the home is typically calm and quiet. I have two small dogs: a -year-old Schnauzer/Jack Russell mix and a 9-year-old Pomeranian/Papillon mix.

You are a responsible professional who enjoys a tidy and comfortable space. You are kind, considerate, community-minded, and respectful of privacy. You help keep shared spaces clean and are mindful about noise to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. If you have a dog, it should be house-trained and get along well with others.
