The property is a beautiful -acre property located in Gilbert, Arizona, in the Cooper and Guadalupe area. It has a room for rent with an exterior patio measuring square feet, perfect for enjoying the peaceful country life. The total square footage is square feet being livable. The walls are inches of adobe, providing sound insulation and comfort.

The move-in date is October , and a month-to-month lease is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished and includes utilities, such as all kitchen items and utilities from SRP and the Town of Gilbert, including sewer, water, trash, and a TV in the living room and bedroom. You’ll be responsible for providing your own internet box and toiletries.

My home was recently built in the middle of an -block privacy wall surrounding the property.

The deposits and rent include the following breakdown:
