Excellent for hospital/research employees, one block away from free Partners shuttle to Longwood Medical area and also walking distance in good weather. My post docs stay for as many years as they are in Boston. I have had people from all over the world and have managed to tailor the lease agreement to their needs. All leases run from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month. Minimum 6 months but negotiable. Please do not ask for one month. Many hospital and lab workers have stayed here and loved the location. Around the corner from the train, D green line. Use of fully operational kitchen. All prospective tenants must be able to video for an interview and be able use electronic payments system. All you need is to bring clothes and personal items. Available September . LGBTQI+ friendly.
