Terrace View townhouse bath

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. It's a townhouse from Terrace View and both of the other roommates are quiet, and not party people. They don't drink and smoke. The rent was $/month, but HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE. I can pay part of the rent(I can Zelle). Is there anyone who's interested in this?
