Seeking female to share bath house in Lents area - bedrooms on opposite ends, house located in a quiet cul de sac w/ on- parking

$/mos - utilities included, on- washer/dryer, filtered water, central Heat & A/C

The available bedroom has two adjoining rooms and two big closets (A half wall separates the two spaces. To get a sense of the size: I used one side for my bed & dresser and the other side as my office/meditation space.)

NO first/last month or deposit required. Lease is month-to-month, but ideally a housemate would want to stay at least year.

Do you like to garden? The cozy backyard contains figs, apples, plums, pears, persimmons, blueberries, grapes, goji berries, and 4 raised beds for growing veggies or whatever suits your fancy!

Close to . . . Springwater Corridor trail, #, Lents Park & Powell Butte, and several food truck pods (including Cartlandia w/ + food trucks!)

Ideal Housemate:

Non-smoker/drugs - light drinker/ off-

Doesn’t cook red meat at home

Has employment outside of the home & reliable income

If you have stuff, there is LOTS of space for your belongings in the common areas

Great communication skills - willing to navigate the inevitable differences/bumps in the road with authenticity and care

Appreciates self-growth - open-minded, curious, compassionate

Sense of humor and perspective, can hold things lightly

This is also a chemical-free home - no perfumes, scented candles, and only natural cleaning supplies are used.
