Nice to meet you! I'm Trevor. My fiance and I are young and goofy. One bedroom available. You will have free use of the living room, kitchen, backyard, and laundry room. There is one full bathroom available for you to use as well. We have cats, so you must be pet friendly. You may use the fridge and pantry, however, groceries are not shared and you will need to have your own. You wont have to worry about bills or anything other than rent. We ask that you clean up after yourself, be respectful, and ask that you are quiet enough for us to sleep at night. One queen size bed is in the room already if you would like to use that.
