Private furnished room

Description

We are looking for a long term (minimum 6 months) person that can stay in this furnished room, with $ per month for the bills.
You’ll live with me, my boyfriend and his sister; we are three Italian guys, really quiet, tidy and clean.
You’ll have private room, private bathroom, air con in the living room, wifi, pool and gym included in the complex.
We are looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful.
No party, no smokers, no couples, no pets allowed.
The house is located in Algester in a complex, it’s close to a shopping centre with grocery stores, Priceline, Kmart, Auspost and everything you need. There are a couple of bus stops within minutes walk, well connected to the city.
