Description
Hey!
I recently moved out of my old house at th Pl. in the Westchester neighborhood and I am looking to sublet my room for the school year!
I truly enjoyed living there, and the only reason I don’t live there anymore is because I found room at my aunt’s house, so I chose free living over anything else.
However, the room is still relatively cheap, with a base price of a month; with utilites (gas, water, electricity, wifi) its around , but there are also other money-saving pros, such as free parking on the street, and it is within a mile of campus. Its also located right next to a number of grocery stores, and the neighborhood is relatively safe. There was more closet space than I ever needed, and although the room itself is relatively small, I was able to fit a lot of furniture and have some room to breathe in there.
If you are interested, hmu at or me at , and I can link you with my roommates, who would be more than happy to answer questions!
Thanks!
