Hi everyone! My name is Jacob Lauderdale, living in East Hollywood looking for a SOBER (No Drinking) (Smoking is okay) roommate to move in starting next month (now that my old roommate has decided to move away). Rent is $ split so around $ a month, plus ultilities being around $ every two months. The entire living room would be yours, with an air conditioning unit aswell. I take up the main bedroom (not pictured) and usually am in there for most of the time I’m home. Shared kitchen/bathroom. Washer and dryer in the complex that takes quaters. NO PARKING LOT - ONLY STREET PARKING! I work for and spend most of my day in Santa Monica working, and occasionally will work from home in the bedroom. Send me a message!
