Room in Avery Ranch

I have a house in NW Austin (Avery Ranch), just minutes from one of the metro light rail stations. So, if you work downtown near the station, then you'll have easy access to get there without the hassles of traffic. :)

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 study and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms will be used by the renter which is also the guest bathroom.

The neighborhood is close to cedar park, Lakeline mall, the metrorail, and a bunch of restaurants and gyms if you're the type that likes to workout.

Just looking for a friendly, mature, clean and quiet roommate. Want someone who will help out around the house and cleans up after themselves. Someone who will take the initiative to help keep the house clean.
