The space includes a bonus room/office off kitchen, backyard with fire pit, washer/dryer in walkout basement that has storage if needed, cozy living area, street parking. Rent is 850$/a month + utilities (~150). 1 month security deposit required. Pets welcome upon approval with pet deposit. Lease runs for 12 months, looking for someone to move in as quickly as possible, flexible with start date. I'm 30 and work in photography/music which requires some travel.
