Hey everyone! My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to move in starting in August (flexible move-in date)!

🏡 About the Apartment:
• Rent is $/month (utilities and amenities not included)
• Located in Arcadia at Dr. Phillips – one of the nicest and safest areas in Orlando
• Close to Universal Studios, Restaurant Row, and about mins from UCF
• The complex has resort-style amenities like a pool, gym, yoga/spin room, clubhouse, dog park, and even a private movie theater!

You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom in a modern, spacious bath layout (floor plan photo attached!).

I’m , work full-time, and have no pets. I’m rarely home due to my schedule, so you’ll get plenty of personal space and quiet time.
I’m looking for a chill, respectful female roommate who also works full-time.
