LF roommate in Rogers Park!

Hello!! I'm looking for either a female or non-binary or otherwise queer roommate around my age () to join me in my spacious GEM of an apartment in Rogers Park starting September 1st. The rent would be $ a month.

Your space includes:
-Private bedroom
-Private office
-Private bathroom

Shared spaces include:
-Living room & kitchen
-Shared patio space!!!!
-In-unit washer/dryer!!!

The apartment is fully furnished in the living room and kitchen, so you’d just need to furnish your personal spaces. The apartment is just a min walk to Loyola Station & min walk to Morse Station!

I’m a kind, clean, respectful, and easygoing roommate who loves keeping a calm, cozy, and inviting environment. I would love to be friends with my roommate, but there is also no pressure if it doesn’t pan out that way! I work from home and am a graduate student (who hopefully will be teaching by next year!!!)

I have two cats, so no additional pets, please. They’re both super sweet and love cuddles!

Your bedroom connects to a shared patio space and garden, so if we could set boundaries around specific times I would be able to access the patio, that would be wonderful - I’m more than happy to work with you on this!!!
