I have been renting this house for 7 years. Great responsive landlord. I work in higher ed on a hybrid schedule working from home and the office. The other roommate is a female USC grad student.

The house is located in quiet neighborhood 3 miles east of downtown Culver City. The metro station is minutes walk. 3 metro stops to USC. Starbucks, CVS and Albertsons are walking distance.

Rent is $ + utilities which are approx $/monthly per person. Available August 1. One year lease. Move in: deposit equal one month's rent + first month's rent. Must go through credit check and demonstrate good credit history.
