Hey, I have a room for rent. The home has 2 total bedrooms , an office and a Florida room. It has a great fenced in backyard with a shed if needed for more storage. All utilities, wifi, landscape and streaming services included. It's just myself here , it's a quiet place near downtown . It is close by to southeastern and florida southern colleges.
