ISO quiet and clean roommate

Hello. I am offering a room in a bath apartment. There is an included pool for tenants and parking is good. No washer/dryer in the apartment, but there is a communal laundry room nearby. There are stairs and it is not wheelchair friendly, unfortunately.

All I’m looking for in a roommate is someone quiet, respectful, and clean. Pets are fine as long as they are trained and quiet. I will be getting a cat. You can smoke nicotine in your room but not in common areas. I’m friendly and use marijuana myself. Any gender, age or job is fine. Just pay rent, be quiet, and clean after yourself.

As this is an unfurnished place and I don’t own any furniture, special priority will be given to potential roommates that have furniture to furnish the place with.
