Rent is $ per month, which includes all utilities such as WiFi, electricity, heating, AC, water and garbage. The room is private, connecting your own bathroom and you don’t need to share with others.

The condo is close to a lovely pool and hot tub. I am seeking a quiet and considerate roommate who does not use drugs. Proof of employment is required. I prefer to maintain a clean living space.

I am a years old male who is easy to get along with, flexible, enjoy gym and outdoor activities like swimming or jogging. I also like playing Pokemon and watching movies.

I am looking for a respectful roommate who takes care of their living space and does not host loud parties. There is ample parking available in the safe neighborhood.

The move-in requirements include first and last month's rent.
