, help out with house chores and maintaining property, must not damage property, no pets as already at household limit, not allergic to dogs or cats, will need to bring own furniture for bedroom bathroom and living room, ok with living in basement, basement does have 2 bedrooms with a bathroom and living room, basement is carpeted,
will help move if needed
