Hi, my name is Dayla. I am looking for one roommate for my 4 bedroom, bathroom towhome to join my roommate and I that are already here.

We have one room available ASAP and the monthly rent is $. This is Bedroom #3 on the floor plan. This will be with a shared bathroom with me. The room does have a $ deposit that we are asking to be paid within the first days of the lease. We are offering a 6 month lease, with the possibility for another if things work out well.

Utilities are usually about $ or less monthly and we split everything evenly.

The townhouse community comes with its own Amenities, a community pool, gym, game/recreation room.

There is a small dog in the home. Please no children, no males and pets need to be discussed.

New roomie must be lgbtqia+ friendly.
Must be ok with a criminal background check.
