I live with my very small cats (they each weigh less than 5 lbs). They’re quiet, independent, and not disruptive, but if you have allergies, please keep that in mind.

Requirements 📝

To rent the space, you must:

Pay a security deposit (equal to one month’s rent)
Complete a background check
Sign a lease agreement with me (length negotiable, preferably 6+ months)
