I’m renting a room with private bathroom for ONE person. Sorry but absolutely NO couples, NO kids, NO pets, NO guns, NO parties, NO crazy people and NO drugs, NO ex convicts and NO drama. Rent includes all utilities. Full access to kitchen, washer and dryer. Deposit fee to ensure the cleanliness and condition of the room when you move out. I’m looking for a DISCREET, clean, quiet, respectful, responsible and clean person. If you don’t meet those standards, please don’t message me. The room will be available to move in on September 1st. And please be advised, you won’t be on the lease. The apartment is located on Millenia Blvd close to Mall at Millenia, I-4, LYNX bus routes, restaurants, Target, Publix, Walmart and
