Looking for a BR Space

Hello!
I am looking to move to LA ASAP. I am a yr old female looking for a roommate and I'm moving from Philadelphia. I need to be moved in within August, my goal is to be settled by August nd since my work starts Sept. 1. I'm coming here for work. I am an interior designer and live in a creative atmosphere. I have a dog, his name is Putter and he is a 7yr old boxer. He is extremely friendly and treats everyone like family. He does not bark inside at all, I keep him well groomed.
Some things I'm looking for are male/female roommates preferrable similar age range. My budget is $ and I would like to live in safer areas, I will be purchasing a car so I am open to longer commutes. I have furniture I will bringing and I'm open to more things as well.
