2 bedrooms available, quiet home

the bedrooms are somewhat small average rooms, but feel free to contact me to see it in real life to see. Brand new washer and dryer here! Fridge/freezer provided, dishwasher, heat and air conditioning. Spacious backyard (will have gazebo installed soon). I will provide the wifi, and utilities will be split between all tenants. The living room will have my reptiles (bearded dragon and leopard geckos) so you just gotta be okay with reptiles in the house in their tanks. No charge for any pets such as aquariums, reptiles, or rodents (no cats or dogs). The two bedrooms available will be sharing one bathroom together (bathtub/shower). TV will have my netflix/hulu/etc. and you can just add a profile to use the TV for it. still furnishing the place and will update photos as I do so, probably will have move in date start around . My boyfriend and I will be staying in my room and will not be sharing the bathroom with you and the other roommate. Cars can be parked in the front, there is a garage but my boyfriend and I will be using it. There is a fireplace but i don’t really plan on using it. No shoes worn around the shared areas of the house please! We want a peaceful calm home where we can all be friendly, rent will be due by the 1st of every month. The day you move in is when you’ll pay first month’s rent. I don’t mind guests coming over often, but if they live in and share the room with you, they have to sign the lease. You can hold parties and get togethers as long as its not insane or anything, just be a reasonable human is all. The most important thing- my lizards are not to ever messed with! They are my rescued lizards and messing with them in any sort of way will cause ASAP eviction. They will be near the fireplace area. Vape/wax pen anywhere indoors is completely fine, but cigarettes and weed is outdoors only. Students or full-time workers preferred, but all that matters is that you are clean, nice, and make payment by due date.
