Looking for a chill roommate

I’m looking for a new roommate. My roommate, Jada, and I are pretty chill. I am a visual artist and teacher. Jada works at the hospital near by. Things to know about me, I like to cook and have a good laugh and love good vibes all around.



The apartment is a newer apartment building, only 8 apartments in the building so it's nice and quiet. Has laundry in the building basement, storage, rooftop access and backyard access.



Apartment is close to the B bus line and a short walk to the nearest trains lines ( at Winthrop & at Utica). Grocery stores are all within a 5 minute walk, with 3 bodegas on the nearest street corner. Lots of good local food in the area both for walking to and getting delivery from. Nearest park is a 5 minute walk and Prospect Park is a twenty minute walk from the apartment.



Utilities aren't included unfortunately. For internet and electric it's between $ a month. You will need to put down a security deposit on top of first month's rent when moving in.
