Seeking a roommate to share a spacious, 2-bedroom apartment in the Panarama Tower, available September 1st. My current roommates are moving on to start their family, so I'm looking for someone new to share this great space.

About Your Future Roommate (Me!):

I'm Alex. I'm a -year-old professional who works a hybrid schedule (2 days from home during the week). I'm easy-going, enjoy cooking, and sometimes host friends on weekends.

The Apartment & Building:

Apartment: A fully furnished sq ft unit with a large living room and balcony. The available room is private, with a separate (not en-suite) bathroom. The room has a work table as well.

Building Amenities (Panarama Tower): Enjoy access to a gym, swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, and a BBQ patio.

Prime Location:

Essentials: Save-On-Foods is a 1-minute walk away. And there are plenty of restaurants close by.

Transit: 8-minute walk to Patterson Station (approx. minutes to downtown Vancouver).

Shopping & Dining: Metrotown is a -minute walk (5-minute drive).

The Nitty-Gritty:

Monthly Rent: $ (all utilities and internet included).

Night Shift Discount: If you work night shifts, I can offer a discounted rent of $.

Looking For: An easy-going roommate, ideally in their s, for a long-term rental.

Parking: Available for an extra $/month.

Requirements: Half a month's rent as deposit and a -day notice for moving out.
