private room penthouse

Hello, I have a room available in a penthouse on the nd floor in downtown Miami, I am doing in person tours Saturday and Sunday, it has a double closet as shown in pictures, floor to ceiling windows , and private bathroom, however the bathroom is separated from the bedroom but it is your personal bathroom, not a shared bathroom. Looking for someone who is willing to come tour this weekend and move in ASAP. Parking is not included. Apartment is being re painted and cleaned this weekend.
