The unit is in Chapman town neighborhood, Chico. Bus stops right in front of the place. The application fee is thirty dollars and also covers the background check.

Non- negotiables:
I hate DISHES in the sink for more than a few hours (the sinks in Chico are small)
locked front door at all times

Co-signer is needed
No outstanding debt (medical and student loans can be waived if there is a payment option put in place, so it won't affect your application).
