I’m actually closing on a house soon, but I’m hoping to stay here and rent that house out — because I really like this place myself. This room stood out with its private entry, bathroom and laundry nearby, plus great amenities like the pool as you look out the sliding door and MUV Fitness just a block away — everything is in the right spot and furnished if needed. I’m clean, organized, boxes in the kitchen have not been unpacked yet since i just moved in, I’m looking to live with someone who values the same. A good vibe is important and honestly hard to find — so that matters a lot as you know.
