Hi everyone. I’m renting out 1 furnished room in my bath apartment located in Downtown Miami. The apartment is located down the street from Brickell, CVS, the bus station, and more. The building complex has a pool and a gym.
The rent for the room is $ everything included. The room is furnished with a full bed and a nightstand. The room has a nice sized closet as well! It has in-unit laundry and a balcony. Very very spacious apartment in a lovely area. You would be sharing the bathroom with a male. The room is available August 1st. Looking for someone to rent for at least 3 months .
